Jacqui Plummer

Jacqui is a passionate and dedicated remedial massage therapist with a comprehensive understanding of the human body and a keen interest in rehabilitation through exercises. Her aim as a therapist is to help clients alleviate pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process. 

While working as a TCM nurse in China and an aged care nurse in Australia, she saw many senior clients with musculo-skeletal conditions and pain that prevented them from moving and doing their day-to-day tasks. Surgeries and long lists of medications do not seem to support independent living. This grew her interest in exploring the world of natural therapies. Through her remedial massage study and practice, she discovered a wide range of skills and techniques that can help with aches and pains associated with aging. 

In her sessions, she prioritizes creating a comfortable and supportive environment, where each client’s unique needs and goals are at the forefront of the treatment plan. She utilizes a range of skills, including tailored massage techniques, dry needling, IASTM, and functional release cupping therapy, to deliver optimal results. She is excited to be a part of your wellness journey and looks forward to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, unlock your body’s full potential, and enhance your quality of life.
